Lease1+ and Lease1Pro Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Lease1+ and Lease1Pro, services operated by Lease1.au (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of the Service
- Lease1+ and Lease1Pro are subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.
- The services provide access to tools, template letters, reminder systems, educational resources, and limited advisory support.
- Lease1 is not a legal or financial services provider. The services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or accounting advice.
- Any decisions made using our resources are at the sole discretion and risk of the subscriber.
3. Membership Plans and Payment
- Lease1+ is billed at $995 per annum, or free for the first year when you commit to 2 years.
- Lease1Pro is billed at $1,995 per annum, or 2 years for the price of 1 when offered as a promotion.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment details.
- Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice prior to renewal.
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period unless required by law.
- Introductory offers (such as “First Year Free” or “2 for 1”) are not redeemable for cash.
5. Use of Templates and Materials
- Templates, resources, and tools are for informational and operational support only.
- They are generic in nature and must be reviewed and adapted to your specific lease and circumstances.
- We do not accept liability for decisions made based on templates, tools, or automated reminders.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Lease1.au disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
- We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses related to leasing outcomes, negotiations, disputes, or missed deadlines.
7. Privacy and Data
- We collect user data solely to deliver our services and improve your experience.
- Personal data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time, which may impact access to service features.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, templates, videos, and resources remain the property of Lease1.au.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce these materials without written consent.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
